Tan Tiam Kim (Raymond,Tan) a Malaysian aged 43 (1975),founder of AUTOMOTO GLASS SDN.BHD and has 14years of experience hands-on in windscreen repair service.He leads our Group in all aspects of its business strategies,policy planning and business development in AUTOMOTO GLASS,especially the company BUMI AUTO GLASS ENTERPRISE.From January 2004 to June 2010 (6years),he was a windscreen repairer technician with GLASS MECHANIC SDN.BHD.He left to join training provider company BUMI AUTO GLASS in 2014 as a Chief Training Officer,is responsible for training & entrepreneurship in auto glass,conduct seminar and development course module.
With his vast experience and only one most pioneers in Windscreen Training Provider Industry in Malaysia is an asset to the AUTOMOTO GLASS SDN BHD and is key person for any execution of long term strategic business objectives.He starts as a business idea to create it from the ground up and create something different that exceeds people’s needs. Most of the times,he is the driving force and passion behind the companies who are working tirelessly for years.
AUTOMOTO GLASS born in January 2017,is focused on technology windscreen repair solution.We believes true innovation is created through building personal, long-term relationships with our customers, allowing us to understand the challenges they face,this fuels the creativity to solve problems and gain efficiencies in the industries we serve.
He own 96% equity in company,the reasons forming a company AUTOMOTO GLASS are selling equity to potential partner and investors for business expansion plan.
He has a clear vision for the future to make this company into one of the largest diversified group offering products and services of automotive solutions platform organization in Malaysia,Southeast Asia,China and Indonesia.
